The more correct and more labor saving method should be to hold the handle normally with the left hand downward, and the right hand to hold the handle in opposite direction from bottom to top , and then adjust the handle to the waist position. When exerting strength, mainly use the waist to assist, with the left hand pushing forward, and the right hand pulling black, which can save more effort.
